Vibros s.r.o. was founded in 1995. The founders grown up on the values and traditions of vibratory technology developed in Pribram region, they were mostly members of the former team of Research Base of Uranium Industry Kamenná (VUZP) leaded by unforgettable Karel Klíma.

The basic two pivots of our activities are: manufacturing of surface vibrators and manufacturing of vibratory machines and devices. Besides we also provide machine service, spare parts supplies (machine linings, sieves, springs). We are equipped with diagnostic instruments (accelerometer, stroboscope, sound level noise meter)

Surface vibrators of types NA and NO are successors of the line VO and VA formerly developed and produced at VUZP Kamenná since 1970, which were competitive with any other worldwide made vibratory drive. To the development of the VO and VA line contributed also the founders of VIBROS messieurs Uzel and Fiala. The line NO-NA has been the next innovative step, e.g. there is no need to add grease to bearings. Applying the bearings with permanent stuffing decrease the maintenance cost. Improved counterweight shield sealing also prolonged bearings life.

We develop and produce a wide assortment of vibratory machines. Our manufacturing facility is based on highly experienced staff and machine equipment which together makes a technological backbone enabling to meet challenging requirements of our customers.

Technical designs are “tailor-made” according to demands in our construction department using Autocad and Inventor software utilities. We also apply finite elements numerical method for strength control of machine construction. In addition, each offer concerning machine has exact specification of force effects transferred from machine to the surrounding construction.

We have been certified ISO 9001 since the beginning of 2010 .

When you come to Pribram (and the best when visiting us), you will find that this city has rich history in mining ores. Reading rumors from ancient chronicles we may estimate origin of mining at least since 8th century A.D. Anyway it is worth visiting Museum of Mining History in Brezove Hory.
